Brett Quimby
General Manager
Brett oversees all day-to-day company operations with the goal of meeting homeowners’ visions. Brett is passionate about building and loves the variety that HighlineUS offers him on a daily basis. He believes that challenging and rewarding go hand in hand.
Even at home Brett spends his free time building and adding things to his house; that is when he is not spending time with his family playing sports, camping or a night of board games. For himself, Brett puts his off-time energy into triathlons and hiking with his dog.
Thomas L. Troeger, Partner
President
Tom oversees all facets of the company’s overall business plan. He is also responsible
for new projects. Tom especially likes to watch the different areas and people within
the business grow and work together to achieve team goals. His passion is the design and vision for new projects.
In his free time, Tom keeps active playing ice hockey and biking to microbreweries and cafés. His new life as an empty-nester finds he and his wife keeping up with their college and adult children around the country.

Sue Monaghan
Accounting/Office Manager
Joining Highline in 2007, Sue is responsible for the accounting side of the business, as well as general office management duties.
Sue likes being part of a great team.
Her favorite pastimes are spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, listening to music, and enjoying a beautiful summer day boating on Diamond Lake.
Terrie Hoofnagle
Sales Manager
Terrie joined the company in 2008. She is responsible for residential, for-purchase community sales. Terrie works with Construction to facilitate efficiency and deliver a beautiful home to each buyer. Terrie also works with lenders and title companies for a smooth closing process and home delivery.
Terrie is customer-driven. She likes “happy homeowners” and takes great satisfaction knowing we are building wonderful homes for people from all over the country.
Key HighlineUS Personnel
HighlineUS provides the full spectrum for both for-purchase and for-lease residential projects and retail developments. The detailed steps required to produce these projects, from start to finish, include land acquisition, zoning, city approvals, design, construction, marketing, sales and property management. HighlineUS is well versed in the successful completion of each critical step, thanks to our talented and experienced people. While HighlineUS has many employees, all whom are greatly valued, several are considered especially key to our organization.
